Window Showroom Salesperson

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused person to join our team as Window Showroom Salesperson.

If you enjoy working with people, have an eye for detail, and take pride in helping customers find the right products for their homes, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Showroom Salesperson, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom. You will help homeowners make informed decisions about windows and doors, provide product information, prepare quotes, and guide customers through the sales process from start to finish.

Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide a welcoming showroom experience
Listen to customers' needs and recommend suitable window and door products
Explain product features, options, and perks
Prepare quotes and assist customers with product selections
Follow up with customers regarding quotes and orders
Process sales and complete paperwork accurately
Maintain an organized and attractive showroom
Work closely with our installation and office teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale

What We're Looking For




Excellent customer service and communication skills
Friendly, professional, and approachable personality
Solid attention to detail
Comfortable working with numbers and preparing quotes
Ability to learn about different window and door products
Solid organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Previous sales, retail, construction, or window/door experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person
