Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
Assist with merchandising efforts to maintain attractive product displays that capture customer interest
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
Upsell related products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities while meeting customer needs
Manage time effectively to assist multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
Maintain organized stock levels, perform inventory checks, and ensure shelves are well-stocked and tidy





Qualifications
Previous retail sales in Liquor Store Industry will be preferred
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued for connecting with diverse customers
Solid communication skills with the ability to clearly explain product features and benefits
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and balancing registers
Familiarity with technology sales, product demos, and merchandising techniques is a plus
Excellent organizational skills to manage stock, displays, and customer flow effectively
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
