This full time position involves leading a three-year project focused on equitable settlement services. You will coordinate project activities, manage budgeting, and ensure compliance with guidelines while interacting closely with newcomers to identify service gaps. Developing effective training and evaluation strategies will be key to fostering a supportive workplace for all immigrants and refugees.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project planning, budgeting, and reporting
Establish and maintain an Advisory Committee
Develop training programs for staff and resources for community
Manage outcome tracking and evaluations systematically

Relevant education in social sciences or similar fields
