fostering a family environment that promotes wellness and independence.What are we looking for?We are looking for a current Executive Director.What skills should they have?The Executive Director is the senior leadership position responsible for the overall strategic, operational, financial, and regulatory performance of the assisted living centre.The successful candidate will have particular strengths in the areas of financial management, human resources (we are unionized) and dealing with the Ministry of Health.What education/experience are we looking for?We are looking for a Post‑secondary degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Social Services, or a related field, with significant senior leadership experience in healthcare, long‑term care, assisted living, or non‑profit housing.
