Duties
Assist veterinarians during examinations, surgeries, and diagnostic procedures with precision and care
Collect and process laboratory samples, perform diagnostic tests, and interpret results to aid in accurate diagnoses
Prepare animals for procedures, administer medications, and monitor patient recovery with compassion and professionalism
Maintain detailed medical records, update patient charts, and ensure compliance with clinic protocols
Provide client education on animal health, nutrition, and preventive care to promote responsible pet ownership




Manage inventory of medical supplies and pharmaceuticals to ensure readiness for all procedures
Support laboratory testing efforts by performing routine tests such as blood work, urinalysis, and fecal examinations

Requirements
Valid license or certification as a Registered Veterinary Technician in accordance with state or national regulations
Proven laboratory experience with familiarity in conducting diagnostic tests and handling samples
Strong understanding of animal anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and educate clients
Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks efficiently
Demonstrated attention to detail in record keeping and procedural accuracy
