PARTS COUNTER PERSON

Full time Position

Join the Canadian leader in the distribution and marketing of heavy-duty replacement parts and accessories.

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our team. Experience in the automotive, heavy-duty truck, trailer, or aftermarket parts industry is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Duties & Responsibilities
Handle customer orders and parts requests by providing accurate, courteous, efficient, and professional service to telephone, electronic, and over-the-counter customers.
Identify and supply the correct parts based on customer requirements.
Prepare customer orders and process returns.
Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis.
Perform light-duty housekeeping and help keep the store clean, organized, and presentable.
Work as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service and productive daily operations.

Qualifications




Automotive and/or heavy-duty aftermarket parts experience or knowledge is preferred.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Computer skills with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's licence.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Robust work ethic and willingness to learn.
Team player who demonstrates initiative and a positive attitude.
