Responsibilities
Dispense prescriptions accurately while adhering to all legal and safety regulations
Provide medication counseling and answer patient questions with clarity and confidence
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy plans
Maintain detailed records of medication administration and patient interactions
Monitor for potential drug interactions or contraindications, ensuring patient safety
Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and expiration checks
Educate patients on proper medication usage, storage,



and potential side effects

Requirements
Valid pharmacist license in positive standing with relevant licensing boards
Prior hospital experience or acute care experience is highly preferred
Experience working with pediatric patients and understanding pediatric medication needs
Solid knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration protocols
Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and support patients and healthcare teams
Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail in a busy environment
