Duties
Operate amusement rides safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols and procedures
Assist guests with boarding, securing safety restraints, and providing ride instructions
Monitor ride operations continuously to ensure proper functioning and guest safety
Enforce ride height and health restrictions, communicating clearly with guests about safety rules
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of ride areas before, during, and after operation
Handle cash transactions for ride tickets or wristbands accurately and responsibly
Support food service or guest services stations as needed to enhance overall fair experience
Experience
Prior experience working with children or in customer service is highly desirable
Comfortable engaging in public speaking to explain safety instructions or answer guest inquiries
Robust customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
Experience handling cash transactions accurately in fast-paced settings
Food service or hospitality experience is a plus for supporting various fair activities
Ability to remain alert, attentive, and proactive during busy periods to ensure safety and guest satisfaction
