We are looking for a dependable, motivated HVAC/R Service Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a company that values integrity, accountability, and craftsmanship.

Position Overview

You will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and installing commercial and residential HVAC/R systems. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities
Service and troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment
Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
Install commercial and residential HVAC/R systems
Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
Follow Alberta OHS standards and company safety procedures
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment




Participate in on-call rotation

Qualifications
HVAC/R experience required
Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
2nd or 3rd year Refrigeration certification required
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
Comfortable using digital invoicing/service software
