Lead donor stewardship initiatives with the Toronto Public Library Foundation as a Senior Manager, Donor Experience. This hybrid full time position focuses on strategic donor engagement and retention. In your role, you'll report to the Director, Donor Experience, ensuring the establishment of firm stewardship practices that foster donor loyalty.

You will design communication frameworks, manage donor impact reporting, and collaborate with philanthropy and marketing teams to create effective stewardship messaging. Supervise the Manager, Stewardship, to maintain high standards for donor interactions and experience metrics. Key Responsibilities:

- Review and adjust annual donor journey strategies
- Develop and document stewardship and communication standards




- Create impactful reports for major donors above $100,000
- Conduct training for events and donor engagement
- Collaborate on proposals and donor event communications Requirements:
- 7 to 10 years in fundraising or donor engagement roles
- Strong project management and strategic thinking abilities
- Proven experience in writing impact reports
- Knowledge of best practices in donor recognition
- Experience with Raiser’s Edge or similar databases Drive meaningful donor relationships and enhance community engagement with the Toronto Public Library Foundation.
