The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance Shared Services team, overseeing dentist compensation administration and accounts receivable analysis across Dentalcorp practices. This role ensures accurate, timely doctor payments and supports reliable AR monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting.

Who You Are

You are a proactive, service-oriented finance professional with robust accounting, financial analysis, AR, and compensation administration experience. You translate complex data into clear insights, bring sound judgment and accountability to deadline-driven work, and collaborate effectively with Operations, Practice Managers, Finance, and Revenue teams to resolve issues and deliver reliable outcomes.

In This Role, You Will

- Validate and process dentist compensation, ensuring payments are accurate, complete, timely, and aligned with approved arrangements
- Review production, collection, adjustment, and compensation data to identify discrepancies and support audit-ready documentation
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and supporting schedules for month-end close
- Analyze AR balances, aging, trends, variances, provisions, and anomalies to identify risks, root causes, and follow-up actions
- Partner with Operations and Practice Managers on AR performance, reporting requirements, write-off requests, and practice-level issue resolution
- Support new acquisition onboarding, clean-up activities, process improvements, and automation initiatives that strengthen controls and reporting quality




- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and supporting their development

What You’ll Bring

- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required; CPA designation or active enrollment is considered a plus
- 4+ years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, finance, accounting, compensation administration, or financial analysis is required
- Experience in healthcare, dental, multi-site operations, retail, or shared services environments is preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and financial data analysis techniques is required
- Experience with ERP, financial, or practice management systems is an asset
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven setting
- Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality

The salary range for this position is $70,000 CAD to $90,000 CAD annually (plus a bonus of up to 10% and competitive total rewards and benefits package). You will be based at our Toronto Support Centre, located at 181 Bay Street in the heart of Toronto’s financial district. This position will be on site from Monday to Thursday, with Fridays designated as work-from-home days.
