A career as a Senior Advisor, U.S. Tax Operations in the Tax activities team at National Bank is an opportunity to grow within a unifying group that is an essential contributor to decisions and offers a cross-sector vision of collaboration with various partners.Your jobRepresent the sector in major projects related to regulatory initiatives and technology integrationSupport business line partners and it teams in making decisions and deliverablesDefine the scope of processes to be optimised and proactively take charge of planning activities for deliverablesLead workshops with several stakeholders at various levels and expertise with leadershipModel current and target processes based on mapping practises in place at the BankDevelop analysis methodologies and reliable performance and risk indicatorsPerform detailed, high-level impact analyses on all angles of the processApply best practises to identify and draught business requirements, understand their links and ensure their traceabilityDefine and identify test scenarios and support usersPropose change management strategies to solution users and contribute to coaching and planningExpert in U.S. taxation for business lines and advise management on complex issuesCarry out regulatory certification activities required by the IRS and support internal partners and external suppliersYour teamReporting to the Senior Manager of U.S. Tax Operations, you will be part of a team of 12 colleagues and play a key role in developing the sector's practises and quality.It is an inclusive, engaged team that is always ready to debate and bring about change, creativity and innovation.
