You'll engage globally with Subject Matter Experts to develop courses, including instructor-led sessions and eLearning. Collaborate closely with the Training Program Manager and your team to ensure transparent communication and impactful learning experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Develop technical training courses and curricula
Conduct training needs analysis and design learning paths
Interview Subject Matter Experts for content creation
Recommend evolving training methods and best practices
Gather and analyze feedback on training effectiveness Requirements:

Proven skills in instructional design and course creation
