Position OverviewJoin a growing food import & distribution company as a Senior Bookkeeper overseeing full‑cycle accounting and supporting financial strategy.What You’ll DoManage full‑cycle accounting: journal entries, GL, month‑end/year‑end, AP/AR, reconciliations, and payroll (ADP TeamPay).Prepare financial statements, cash flow reports, and performance analysis to support decision‑making.Lead budgeting and forecasting with the president; monitor variancesand optimize costs.Oversee inventory reconciliation, COGS accuracy, and cost‑saving opportunities.Handle multi‑currency (CAD/USD/EUR) transactions, FX reporting, and international payments.Manage cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and wire transfers.Ensure compliance with GST/QST, payroll, and audit requirements; maintain solid internal controls.Improve processes, support operations,
