Acuren is hiring a Branch Manager to oversee operations at the Parkland Refinery in Burnaby, BC. Your leadership will drive safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction in industrial inspection services. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for daily operations and compliance at Acuren's Parkland Refinery. The ideal candidate has a robust background in NDT, at least 8 years of operational experience, and 3 years in a leading role.
Your mission will encompass operational performance, cost management, and fostering a culture of safety and teamwork. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance and quality in NDT execution
Lead emergency response and incident investigation efforts
Communicate effectively with clients on project progress
Recruit, train, and mentor operational staff
Manage finances, including budgets and proposals Requirements:
Relevant technical or business degree
At least 8 years in a supervisory capacity
Solid understanding of NDT standards and processes
Experience with financial and resource planning
