About the Role

Based at our campus reception, our Operations Assistants are primary points of contact for students, faculty, clients, and the public at our downtown Victoria campus and teaching clinic. This role supports both campus operations and clinic reception in a professional, welcoming, and community-oriented workplace.

PT needed Fri-Sun 8am-4:30pm, FT needed Sun-Thurs 11:15am-7:45pm
Reports to the Operations Manager

Typical Job Duties
Provide clinic reception services, including scheduling, invoicing, and point-of-sale transactions
Respond to student, faculty, client, and general inquiries via phone and email
Maintain accurate data entry and record keeping
Prepare outgoing shipments
File and organize administrative documents
Restock clinic treatment rooms and assist with linen laundry
Restock bookstore and supply shelves
Support additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Communicate clearly and confidently with a wide range of people
Handle confidential student and client information with discretion and professionalism
Be comfortable learning and using digital platforms (QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, booking or clinic management software)
Maintain a calm, welcoming presence in a wellness-focused environment
Be interested in contributing to and supporting a holistic health community
Be passionate about creating a positive student and client experience

Ability to perform light physical tasks, including lifting up to 15-20lbs (books, files, clinic supplies, massage tables) Pay: From $19.00 per hour
