The Manager of Continuing Education Curriculum Strategy and Quality will oversee the development and governance of over 250 online courses and 50+ programs.
This position involves partnership with university leadership and stakeholders to create impactful curricula that fulfill learner requirements, reflect industry standards, and incorporate adult learning models. Key Responsibilities:
Directly manage and develop an educational team
Partner with stakeholders on curriculum design
Ensure curriculum meets quality assurance standards
Implement assessments aligned with learning outcomes
Lead continuous improvement initiatives in course offerings Requirements:
Proven experience in curriculum design and implementation
Solid leadership and strategic planning background
Familiarity with adult learning theories
Excellent stakeholder management skills
