Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Press Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience with various machinery and tools. As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC press machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.

Your attention to detail and ability to read blueprints will be essential in ensuring that all production meets our stringent quality standards.

Duties
Set up and operate press machines, ensuring they are calibrated correctly for production runs.
Read and interpret blueprints to understand specifications and requirements for each job.
Utilize hand tools, CNC machines, milling machines, and lathes for fabrication tasks as needed.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Monitor production processes for quality control, making adjustments as necessary.
Use measuring instruments such as calipers to verify dimensions of finished products.




Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized work workplace in compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications
Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating press machinery.
Familiarity with CNC programming and operation is highly desirable.
Experience using hand tools, cranes, lathes, and milling machines is a plus.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Solid attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
