LEXA Play & Learn is looking for a proactive and organized Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to help us build our growing team.
This is a fully remote, part-time role with versatile working hours.
Key responsibilities:
Review applications and move candidates through the hiring pipeline
Schedule and conduct initial interviews
Maintain organized candidate records and simple recruitment reports
Support offer letters, onboarding, and follow-up with current team members
You should have experience in recruitment or HR coordination, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple candidates in an organized and qualified manner.
