Elevate your legal career as Litigation Counsel at the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) in Toronto, ON. As a permanent member of AGCO's Legal Services Division, you will report directly to the Legal Director, Litigation.

You will play a vital role in navigating complex administrative law issues, developing legal strategies, and representing AGCO in various litigation environments. Your expertise in compliance, eligibility matters, and collaboration with stakeholders will be essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality litigation advice on statutes and regulations
Represent AGCO in tribunal proceedings and appeals




Draft key legal documents including Notices of Proposal
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Provide strategic legal insight for regulatory processes Requirements:
Law Degree (LL.B. or J.D.) from an accredited institution
5+ years of relevant legal experience
Membership in positive standing with the Law Society of Ontario
Familiarity with AGCO's regulated sectors
Solid analytical and interpersonal skills Lead legal initiatives and support AGCO’s mission through strategic litigation and exceptional legal counsel.
