Fit4Less seeks a Host dedicated to maintaining a welcoming club atmosphere. You will ensure the facility's cleanliness, assist with member inquiries, and promote membership options effectively. Your proactive approach will help create an engaging fitness experience for all members and prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness of the gym to Fit4Less standards
• Interact warmly with members during cleaning tasks
• Promote black card amenities and memberships
• Complete daily cleanliness checks and training
• Report deficiencies and incidents per guidelines
Requirements:
• High School diploma or in progress
• 1 year of teamwork or volunteer experience
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• WHMIS, First Aid, CPR-A & AED Certification
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
