The Holbrook and Shotley Practice is seeking a Lead Receptionist to join the team on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week). You will provide day-to-day leadership and support to the reception team, ensuring patients receive a welcoming, qualified and efficient service.
We are looking for someone with GP practice reception experience, strong leadership, excellent communication and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
