County seeks an experienced HR qualified to join its team as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. In this permanent position, you'll report to the Director of Corporate Services, providing strategic guidance across the employee lifecycle. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of five years of progressive HR experience and a CPHR designation to ensure effective support for County leaders. Key Responsibilities:
- Guide employee relations and recruitment processes
- Implement training and performance management initiatives
- Develop and execute HR policies and programs
- Collaborate with senior leadership to meet operational needs
- Manage disability and compensation administration Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- CPHR designation or equivalent is mandatory
- Five years of senior-level HR experience
- Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms
