Responsibilities for Customer Service Security Guard

Welcome visitors, verify ID,



and provide directions

Control building access

Conduct foot patrols to identify risks

Check security equipment and report issues

Complete computer-based monitoring and reports

Respond to incidents and provide first aid

Write incident reports and communicate concerns

Answer questions in person and by phone

Qualifications for Customer Service Security Guard
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
Must hold a valid Ontario Security Guard License
Must have a valid WSIB Approved First Aid & CPR Level C Certification
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
Minimum 1 year experience working in a customer service or concierge role
