We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman/Woman Mechanic to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of equipment and vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety. Duties
Perform comprehensive repairs and maintenance on various machinery, vehicles, and equipment using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and assembly instructions to accurately diagnose issues.
Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely to handle large components or equipment during repairs or replacements.
Utilize welding skills to repair or fabricate parts as needed, ensuring durability and safety standards are met.
Follow established safety protocols during all maintenance activities and ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment.
Assist with the assembly of new machinery or equipment components,



ensuring proper fit and function.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with team members and supporting internal clients with technical assistance.

Qualifications
Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive repair or industrial maintenance.
Dealership experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with vehicle systems and diagnostics.
Skilled in welding techniques, schematics reading, and mechanical assembly processes.
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and specialized maintenance equipment.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently as required by the job duties.
Solid mechanical knowledge combined with problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues quickly.
Excellent customer service skills to collaborate effectively within a team setting and support internal stakeholders.
