Eataly is seeking a Grocery Sales Associate to enhance customer experiences in our Grocery, Housewares, and Produce sections. Engage with guests while stocking and displaying products attractively.
As a Grocery Sales Associate, you will report directly to the Assistant Store Operations Manager. Your role involves merchandising products according to department standards, maintaining back-stock areas, and ensuring compliance with cleanliness and safety regulations. Prior retail stocking experience is preferred, as you'll be working in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Stock and merchandise products per department guidelines
• Rotate products using First In First Out (FIFO)
• Organize back-stock and warehouse areas for efficiency




• Communicate promptly with management about department needs
• Maintain a secure and clean workspace as per regulations
Requirements:
• Adaptable availability including nights and weekends
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
• Positive verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand and exert mobility for up to 8 hours
• Retail stocking experience is a plus
