The role administers staff, materials, equipment and contractor resources for the potable water distribution system and oversees in office operations to ensure secure, productive completion of projects. The successful candidate will hold a Class 3 Water Distribution Certificate, have 4+ years as an operator (OIC experience a plus), and demonstrate strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
