As a Financial Controller, you'll manage key accounting cycles while leading a dedicated team. The position emphasizes solid financial controls, detailed management of revenues, and collaboration with project managers and external accountants. A solid understanding of construction accounting is a key asset for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee month-end processes and working papers
• Ensure accurate recording of monthly project revenues
• Conduct bank reconciliations and financial reporting
• Manage AR processes, including invoicing and collections
• Work with leadership to enhance financial controls
Requirements:
• Proven full-cycle accounting experience
• Solid Excel skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and problem solve
• Experience in construction accounting preferred
• CPA designation is advantageous
