Duties & Responsibilities:
Drafting wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents using
Estateably, and Teraview .
Managing probate applications, estate administration, and related client communications.
Working closely with lawyers and clients to ensure smooth and compassionate handling of sensitive matters.
Balancing multiple priorities with precision, professionalism, and care.
Requirements.
A graduate of an Ontario Law Clerk program (ILCO certified).
5+ years of experience in Wills and Estates law.
Tech-savvy and proficient with
Estateably, and Teraview .
A natural communicator - qualified, empathetic, and client-focused.
