The CSR role is responsible for the coordination and processing of all incoming customer requests for orders, returns, tracking, credits, and for accurately processing all promotional transactions while meeting both customer requests and Clarion’s own service level expectations. This is accomplished by efficiently understanding, utilizing and maintaining Clarion’s database and ensuring that all records,
