Duties
Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials around the worksite
Prepare work areas by cleaning, clearing debris, and setting up equipment
Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools and supplies as needed
Operate basic machinery and equipment under supervision to facilitate project tasks
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
Help with site cleanup and waste disposal to ensure a tidy workspace




Perform routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning

Skills
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively within a team
Positive communication skills to coordinate tasks with colleagues and supervisors
Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to adhere strictly to safety guidelines
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for maintaining workflow continuity
Prior experience in construction or similar manual roles is a plus but not required
Knowledge of operating basic hand tools and machinery is advantageous
