Working directly with the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, you will lead initiatives in conflict resolution and conduct thorough investigations into workplace issues. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop continuous education on discrimination prevention • Provide expert advice on workplace ethical practices • Lead formal investigations and conflict resolutions • Monitor changing trends in workplace ethics • Support compliance efforts across all departments
Requirements: • Four-year degree plus 5 years related experience • Proven experience in investigations and ethics • Advanced skills in problem-solving and project management • Knowledge of human rights laws and workplace standards • Outstanding communication and leadership skills
