In this full time role under Assisted Living Alberta, you will focus on enhancing clients' occupational performance and independence. You’ll work as part of a dedicated healthcare team, providing direct services, assessments, and consultations. Strong clinical reasoning, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:



• Assess clients and develop individualized therapy plans • Collaborate with teams for effective treatment execution • Provide client and family education throughout rehabilitation • Participate in continuous quality improvement projects • Provide clinical supervision to therapy aides

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program • Registration with ACOT • Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Physical capability for patient handling and therapy tasks
