Position: Host (Full-time or Part-time available)

JOB SUMMARY:

Our Hosts have a genuine passion for hospitality and are an integral part of our restaurant; being an ambassador to our standards and culture. By consistently providing a warm welcome and outstanding service, the Host provides a first and last impression to our guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

(Other duties may be assigned as required)
Greet and seat guests
Monitor a waiting list
Manage a floor chart with available tables
Communicate with guests who are waiting




Answer the phone and fill to-go orders
Anticipates customers needs, providing direct assistance where possible
Support service staff where needed

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience working in a guest facing role
Excellent communication skills
Positive and enthusiastic attitude
Qualified presentation
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Well organized with the ability to plan ahead and deal with high volume
Proactive self-starter who thrives in a rapid pace environment
Work well within a team workplace
Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
