Responsibilities
Clean and disinfect kennels, cages, and common areas to uphold hygiene standards
Feed, water, and monitor animals’ health and behavior throughout your shift
Assist with the gentle handling and socialization of animals to promote comfort and trust
Perform heavy lifting tasks such as moving supplies, bedding, or animals safely and efficiently
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions from pet owners and visitors
Support the team in administering basic care routines under supervision
Maintain accurate records of animal intake, discharge, and daily activities

Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively

Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
