At Uncle Tetsu, we are seeking a dedicated Baker for our Vancouver locations. This full time position merges production duties with a focus on customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for preparing quality desserts and ensuring a clean, organized workspace alongside providing skilled service to our guests. A degree in Culinary Arts or Baking is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create Uncle Tetsu’s specialty cheesecake using company recipes
• Prepare ingredients for production needs efficiently
• Assist in maintaining overall bakery cleanliness




• Process customer transactions with a friendly approach
• Help manage inventory and stock of supplies
Requirements:
• Culinary, CEGEP, or related baking diploma
• At least 1 year of experience in baking or food production
• Proficient in baking techniques and processes
• Teamwork and robust communication abilities
• Must be able to lift 25 kg and stand long periods
