Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and quickly
Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Provide friendly, attentive customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
Assist with food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times




Support upselling efforts by recommending menu items and specials to enhance sales opportunities

Skills
Experience in food preparation, serving, or food industry roles preferred but not required
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented workplace while maintaining attention to detail
