Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Welder to join our energetic manufacturing team. In this entry-level role, you'll gain hands-on experience in welding and fabrication processes, supporting the creation of high-quality metal components and assemblies. Responsibilities
Assist with welding tasks using MIG (Metal Inert Gas) techniques under supervision, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble metal parts
Operate hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment with precision
Support the rigging, assembly, and installation of ductwork, mechanical components, or structural elements as required
Use calipers and other measuring tools to verify dimensions and ensure parts meet specifications




Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
Collaborate with team members on machining, welding, and assembly tasks to meet project deadlines

Skills
Basic knowledge of welding techniques including MIG
Mechanical aptitude with understanding of schematics, blueprints and technical drawings
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, plasma cutting equipment, and press brake machines
Ability to read measurements and perform basic math calculations for fabrication tasks
Strong attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination
Ability to follow safety guidelines diligently in a manufacturing setting
