Working alongside a collaborative team, you will plan, implement, and document engaging, play‑based learning experiences that reflect children's interests and developmental needs. You will support daily routines and well‑being, actively supervise indoor and outdoor activities, and build positive relationships through open communication with families and colleagues.QualificationsDiploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE)Good standing with the College of ECESkills & KnowledgeDemonstrated ability to guide, support, and build positive relationships with children requiring behavioural guidance, using responsive and inclusive strategies.Strong knowledge and application of How Does Learning Happen? to foster environments that support belonging, well‑being, engagement, and expression.Proven experience in planning, implementing, and documenting developmentally appropriate full‑day programs for infant, toddler and preschool‑aged children.Excellent problem‑solving, interpersonal, communication,
