This position supports the project team through effective coordination and management of assigned subcomponents within the overall project.What You’ll DoCoordinate daily activities and communication between project managers, field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultantsMaintain and track project schedules, progress updates, and key deliverablesAssist with preparing shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, and close‑out documentsSupport the preparation of submittals, warranties, schedules, and safety documentationHelp develop and maintain logistical plans, workflows, and job site coordinationAttend and contribute to internal and external project meetingsTrack and update coordination reports, work plans, and documentation as neededEnsure that materials and resources are scheduled and delivered on timeWhat You Bring to the Team3-4 years of experience in project coordination or similar roles in commercial construction/multifamily home construction.
