Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently
Check guests in and out accurately while verifying reservation details and processing payments
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options to enhance guest experience
Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly with a positive attitude and effective solutions
Maintain accurate records of guest stays, reservations,



and special requests in the hotel management system
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly and ensure room readiness

Requirements
Proven experience in front desk operations within a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills; ability to handle multiple calls professionally
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse guest populations
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk software is advantageous
