Resolve technical support issues logged in ServiceDesk
Perform installations and configurations in Sectra’s workplace




Manage system integrations using standardized interfaces
Troubleshoot interoperability challenges in workflows
Maintain expertise in Sectra’s product suite and services Requirements:
Degree in computer engineering or related field
Experience with Microsoft Azure and healthcare IT systems
Knowledge of HL7 and DICOM standards
Bilingual communication skills, English and French
