We are seeking a seasoned

ETL Data Engineer with 8+ years of hands-on experience driving large-scale enterprise data reconciliation and ETL initiatives. In this role, you will lead complex data validation efforts, architect robust reconciliation pipelines, and bridge technical implementations with foundational business operations.
8+ years of experience leading ETL development and large-scale enterprise data reconciliation.
Advanced SQL expertise with deep experience writing complex queries, performance tuning, and analyzing relational models.
Proven tool experience across enterprise ETL suites (e.g., Informatica) and big data ecosystems (e.g., Hadoop).
Robust data validation skills: Expertise in automated data checks, anomaly detection, balancing, and reconciliation frameworks.
Excellent communication & stakeholder management: Ability to facilitate technical discussions, build consensus, and communicate clearly with both technical and executive audiences.
Domain Knowledge: Experience in the Insurance industry is a solid asset.
