As the Director of Research and Thought Leadership, you will report to the EVP and steer the thought leadership strategy for CPA Ontario.

Your role will focus on effective research management and storytelling, collaborating with diverse teams to shape a forward-thinking vision. You will also coordinate research and communication efforts that address the evolving landscape of the accounting domain. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance the Research and Thought Leadership Strategy
Direct qualitative and quantitative research activities




Support senior executives with key messaging and insights
Create impactful thought leadership content for platforms
Monitor global trends impacting the accounting profession Requirements:
10+ years in research and thought leadership
Advanced degree preferred
Robust grasp of Ontario's business landscape
Exceptional multi-tasking and project management skills
