Champion cultural revitalization and language integration as the Operations Leader. Manage SCFSS's Culture & Language Department while supporting Indigenous practices and community relationships. As the Culture and Language Integration Manager, you will be pivotal in implementing strategies that honor nłeʔkepmx and syilx values.

This role demands collaboration with Indigenous communities and the development of programs that reflect heritage and promote healing. Your leadership in financial compliance and cultural programming will strengthen the organization’s operational framework. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor department staff, Elders, and knowledge keepers
Execute culturally based programs and services
Support community engagement through cultural events




Monitor program outcomes for continuous improvement
Develop reports and budgets supporting cultural priorities Requirements:
Minimum five years in cultural programming or community services
Three years in management or leadership experience
Deep understanding of Indigenous languages and cultures
Proven project management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and sound judgment Strengthen community connections and cultural identity through strategic leadership in the Culture & Language Operations Leader role.
