We are looking for a Retail Sales Lead to run the day-to-day operations of our Toronto showroom.This is a junior leadership role responsible for overseeing the showroom, supporting and supervising sales associates, and ensuring customers have an outstanding experience when visiting our location.You’ll lead by example — combining strong product knowledge, sales ability, and operational ownership to keep the showroom running smoothly.This is anin-person role based in our Toronto location, where the core hours areMonday to Friday schedule, 9:30am to 6:00pm ** ,** with the availability to work one Saturday and one Sunday per month to support showroom traffic and events.Experience with email ticketing software is an asset, as well as being comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
