Manage and grow key national retail accounts across Canada, including major pharmacy and mass retail partners
Own the full account lifecycle: from onboarding and contracts through to execution and growth

Business Development & Program Building
Identify and secure current opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
Build and execute account-specific programs to drive sell-through and brand visibility
Partner with buyers to negotiate listings, promotions, and merchandising plans
Support planogram development and in-store execution to maximize performance

Market Intelligence & Field Engagement
Conduct store visits and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
Maintain strong relationships with retail partners through regular communication and in-person engagement

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with internal teams to align on strategy, inventory, and marketing initiatives
Develop presentations and reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams




Monitor KPIs and adapt strategies to meet evolving business needs

Requirements
3+ years of experience in account management or sales within beauty, cosmetics, or CPG
Proven experience working with major Canadian retailers (e.g., pharmacy, mass, or grocery channels)
Background in skincare, cosmetics, or fragrance strongly preferred
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills
Highly adaptable with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter who can operate independently with minimal supervision
Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams

Corporate Culture
Salary range: $65,000 – $75,000
