Senior Associates play an integral client‑facing project or work‑stream leadership role. Activities vary based on project size and scope, but the Sr. Associate will spend time on material client interaction throughout projects, project management, intensive data analysis, and creating compelling client‑ready presentations. The Sr. Associate will also develop Analysts and Coachees.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and interfacing with business users
MUST have Workday implementation experience with Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management
Practical or implementation experience in Workday with Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Contracts, Strategic Sourcing, or Contract Lifecycle Management is preferred
Certification in Workday Financials/Supply Chain or practical experience with the application
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering
1-2 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision
Ability to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinking
Strong analytical skills coupled with a functional or technical acumen and hands‑on expertise with cloud‑based enterprise solutions
Robust verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams
Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project team
