Your role involves overseeing market-market-competitive salary structures, incentive plans, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Collaborating closely with HR and Finance, you'll provided strategic insights on retention and talent attraction through rigorous market benchmarking and compensation reviews. Key Responsibilities:
Administer compensation structures and salary ranges consistently
