Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction inspection, quality control, or related construction work.

Experience with curtain wall and glazing system installation is preferred.
Valuable command of spoken and written English.
College diploma or university degree in construction, civil engineering, architectural technology, or a related discipline.

Main duties
Inspect faade, window wall, and glazing installations to ensure compliance with construction drawings, project specifications, and SFGs quality control procedures; - Conduct field inspections at various stages of construction,



from initial installation through project completion and occupancy; - Review project documentation and maintain accurate records of inspection findings and site observations; - Identify deficiencies or non-conforming work and document recommended corrective actions; - Verify that corrective work has been completed in accordance with project specifications and quality standards; - Participate in inspections prior to testing of building envelope systems, including preparation for water testing procedures; - Investigate service requests related to installed faade and glazing systems and document inspection findings; - Prepare internal reports and maintain inspection records, including photographs and supporting documentation; - Liaise with project team members, consultants, and subcontractors to address quality issues and support successful project completion; - Ensure that all inspection activities are carried out in compliance with applicable safety regulations and company procedures.
